• All occupants are to sign a tendency agreement with management.
  • Rooms and immediate surroundings are to be kept clean.
  • All occupants are to ensure that their light, doors and electrical appliances are put off before leaving the hostel.
  • OCCUPANTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ADMITTING STRANGERS OR PERSONS NOT KNOWN TO THE HOSTEL. PENALTY IS EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
  • Smoking and illegal drug intake is prohibited. Penalty is eviction without refund.
  • Occupants are not allowed to give their keys to their friends to stay in their absence. Penalty is eviction without refund.
  • Fighting or any other physical violence in all forms of vandalism is prohibited. Penalty is eviction or Bond signing.
  • Entertainment is allowed but first seek permission from the management.
  • No gayism or lesbianism is accepted. Penalty is eviction without refund.
  • The Manager has the right to refuse admission to the hostel premises to any one considered undesirable. Guests shall not be allowed to stay in the hostel.
  • Pasting of stickers/posters/papers/photos on walls of hostel room/lobby/anywhere in premises is prohibited. Damaging the colour/paint of walls/doors/furniture/fixtures by any means is liable to pay fine of any amount fixed by the management.
  • Only authorized hobbies, barbers, and tailors (as authorized by the Manager) will work in the hostel premises.
  • No meeting or gathering of the residents for political purposes shall be allowed to be held inside the hostel.
  • An allottee of a room shall not sublet his/her room even for a short period to another student or any one either on paid or unpaid basis.
  • Every allottee is required to carry with him/her college identity card issued by the Dean and produce the same to the authorities as and when demanded.
  • An allottee of a room should not exchange his/her room with another resident under any circumstances except with the prior written permission of the Administration.
