Godfrey Hostel is located in Kwaprow, a suburb of Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana. This community shares a land boundary with the University of Cape Coast (UCC), and the hostel is situated approximately one (1) kilometer from the university. The Ghana Post GPS address of the hostel is [CC-212 8213]. It is about a 10-minute drive from the UCC New Site.

The hostel consists of twenty (20) rooms. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, smoke detector, and an individual electricity meter. The facility enjoys a constant supply of water, and six (6) fire extinguishers are strategically installed at various points for safety. Formerly known as Daniels Hostel, the facility was renamed Godfrey Hostel in 2021 following a change in ownership. Since then, it has remained operational, serving a large number of students—including both first-year and final-year undergraduates. Additionally, many postgraduate (Master’s level) students also find the hostel suitable for their stay.

The hostel features a common room equipped with 24-hour DSTV access, offering students entertainment and the opportunity to watch European football matches and other programs.
